Description
3 Fonteinen Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a Geuze blend composed of Lambic produced only by 3 Fonteinen. This batch was blended with Lambics from 8 different barrels and no less than 10 different beers. Part of the honey from 3 Fonteinen (harvested in summer 2019) has been added to this blend. The older Lambic was produced in late 2016. One of the Lambics was brewed with fresh Coigneau hops, a local variety of "Lambik".
This blend was aged for over a year and bottled on 11.18.2019
