Description
Produced with the same process as classic Kriek, this version is brewed with the famous Belgian "Schaerbeekse" cherries, renowned for their incredible flavor and colour. A large quantity of these rare fruits are aged in Lambic barrels, and are then gradually infused into the beer. The result is a delicious blend of sourness, given by the Lambic, and a slight sweetness, coming from the cherries used.
