Description
Serafijn Blond is a beer with a beautiful, largely hazy golden color, with a lot of yeast in suspension. Fine, compact and persistent foam, the nose is truly satisfying, with sweet notes of malt and spicy notes of yeast, hops and aroma of ripe white fruit. Definitely sparkling, it has a dry and slim body, truly thirst-quenching, with the hoppy component and spicy hints highlighted. It finishes pleasantly long, dry but not astringent, with the yeast returning.
