Description
Serafijn Donker is a beer with a beautiful dark/amber color, with fine and not very persistent foam. On the nose it offers hints of malt and caramel, not cloying or overpowering, in a general sensation of good balance. Round body, without being too firm, medium sparkling. Widespread notes of medicinal herb and liquorice, some hints of chocolate (very fleeting) and spices, for a finish that turns out to be quite dry and dry.
