Description
Vanilla is a beer with Madagascar vanilla pods and green pepper. The use of a high percentage of rye malt makes it soft and persuasive on the palate. The nose has beautiful melon notes with delicate vanilla nuances. Sweet and elegant, it is very drinkable also thanks to the green pepper. To be paired with grilled vegetables, mozzarella and ham as well as shellfish.
