Description
Six-handed, all-Scandinavian collaboration with the guys from Dugges and Dry & Bitters. NEIPA with Magnum, Mosaic, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Ekuanot, Citra and Simcoe hops. Fermented with Vermont yeast. On the nose notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, grapefruit, mango, lychee, coconut), white grapes, citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime, lemon, mandarin), resin and yellow fruit (peach, apricot, melon). In the mouth it is soft and silky, thanks to the addition of lactose and oat flakes, with a pleasant zesty and resinous bitterness.
