Description
Another chapter of the Pillars of Light series, this time with the addition of coconut and pineapple, as well as obviously lactose and vanilla. Notes of tropical fruit (coconut and pineapple above all obviously, but also mango, papaya and guava), peach, melon and lime. Lactose and vanilla create a soft and creamy sweetness on which a light refreshing bitterness peeks out in the finish.
