Description
The Andechser Weissbier Hell is a honey-colored wheat beer with a natural cloudy appearance given by the suspended yeasts. The foam is creamy, finely porous. The aroma is initially fruity (banana, yellow fruit) and ends spicy (cloves). The taste is pungent and refreshing, the body full and soft. Balanced finish between sweet caramelized notes, acidic yeast notes and hints of hops.
