Description
An important beer created to celebrate the 40 years of our brewer Stefano and his passion for spirits. Barley wine created through a passage in original barrels of Scottish whiskey from the Highlands, complex and structured, we find hints of toasted chestnuts, cherries in alcohol, carob, hazelnut cream and a light peat given by the whisky. On the palate it has a soft entry, evident ethyl notes and a dryness in the finish typical of whisky. They may take away our lives, but they'II never take our freedom! (William Wallace)
