Avery Uncle Jacob's Stout
Impressive Imperial Stout of almost 16% matured for 6 months in the best Kentuky Bourbon barrels. Dedicated to Jacob Spears, considered the first distiller to label his own "Bourbon" in 1790. It is black with fine foam that dissolves quickly. Rich in malt profile with toasted notes ranging from bitter cocoa to coffee through barley and licorice, the sweet notes of vanilla and wood given by the passage in cask add complexity and give harmony to the drink.
