Fiola light beer, golden with white and thick foam. this pils tries to communicate something to us, and its story starts from the sensations delivered to the sensory receptors of our olfactory system. its story takes us directly into the middle of green meadows, the herbaceous is the master then chases and spreads the scent of first cut hay. the taste continues with the narration of a low-fermentation pale beer which initially suggests malty hints with their sweet component which ranges between black locust honey and bread crust, then the herbaceous hops arrive. the hop profile that winks at the more classic pils, the herbaceous one in fact, is the majestic product of the timeless saaz. a dry finish and a slight persistence of bitterness are the happy ending for this beer, it is immediately clear that it is worth listening to again.
