Description
Belgian Strong Ale fermented using whiskey yeast strains from Islay. A bright amber beer with compact and full-bodied foam. On the nose, you can discover notes of cereal and sweet biscuit notes accompanied in the background by light nuances of citrus which, when heated, get lost in dried fruit and white chocolate. Everything is constantly evolving until the last sip. Its sweetness is striking in the mouth, accompanied, as in the sense of smell, by tones of dried fruit and biscuit as well as ripe fruit, vanilla and citrus notes which complete its complexity.
