Description
A beer that hides behind it a project that began in 2008. The beer is in fact subjected to 2-year cycles of refermentation in the Fontanafredda cellars following the Classic Method that is used to prepare spumani. Its slightly hazy light amber color and its white foam are the prelude to a truly particular beer. On the nose, delicate fruity and cereal notes accompanied by hints of caramel and light citrus nuances. The olfactory notes are confirmed on the palate, very rich yet balanced, where the warm component and exuberant sparklingness contribute to appreciating the full value of this beer, even if it may seem slightly sweet at the first sip.
