Barley BB 7th
Yet another creation by Nicola Perra linked to his territory, it is the first Barley beer to use concentrated fresh must, in this case from Moscato grapes, instead of sapa (i.e. cooked must), a technique that preserves all the aromatic freshness of the grape must. Already pouring it, it seduces with its elegant appearance: intense gold color and magnificent head of foam. On the nose, the Moscato grape is very distinctive, bringing notes of pineapple and golden apple, while on the palate the beer is extraordinarily fresh and dry, with a good sour and bitter finish.
