Description
One of the latest additions to the successful Sour series made in BioNoc' is made with the addition of nectarines. On the nose notes of wood, cellar, peach and sour citrus fruits. In the mouth there is a free-range but at the same time elegant acidity, with the fruit which, in addition to bringing its natural juiciness, brings a slightly savory and mineral note.
