Description
Bombards are small cannons still present in the garden of Carrù castle, and this Tripel is perfectly similar to these explosive weapons due to its nature. On the nose notes of honey, spices, citrus fruits and yellow fruit. In the mouth the malty attack is initially full and sweet, but attenuates in the finish thanks to the great work of the Belgian yeast. The finish is slightly bitter and very balanced.
