The Stars and Stripes is a Golden Ale that obviously pays homage to the USA. In this session ale Birra del Borgo has decided to use the dry-hopping technique, i.e. cold hopping which enriches the beer from an aromatic point of view without weighing it down in terms of bitterness.
In fact, when poured into the glass, this golden nectar welcomes you with intense aromas of lemon, lime and grapefruit. The drink is dry, easy and flowing with a pleasant and citrus bitterness. A perfect beach session ale.
