Description
Yellow Submarine is a 5.7% ABV Wild Ale that showcases a distinctive and contemporary character, thanks to the combination of spontaneous fermentation and carefully selected ingredients such as black tea and fresh lemon zest added during maceration. It pours a deep golden color with a fine, persistent white head. On the nose it reveals a complex and intriguing profile, where bright lemon notes stand out and blend harmoniously with the typical cellar-like aromas characteristic of wild ales. On the palate it is remarkably elegant, with black tea and lemon flavors seamlessly integrated into a vibrant acidity, resulting in a refined and well-balanced taste. Despite its unconventional nature, it surprises with an exceptional drinkability, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a unique yet approachable beer experience. Brewed with water, barley malt, lemon peel (0.3%), black tea (0.1%), hops, and yeast, it comes in a convenient 37.5 cl bottle format.
