Description
Boia Brewing The Brazen Bull 33 Cl. in can, the first official collaboration with South Soul Brewing, is a Berliner Weisse with a distinctly summery and immediate character, designed to deliver freshness and lightness in every sip. With an alcohol content of 3.9%, it stands out for its high drinkability, making it ideal for warmer days. In the glass it pours a pale blonde, slightly hazy color with a fine and delicate white head. On the nose it reveals fresh citrus notes accompanied by subtle lactic nuances typical of the style. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with a light body and a pronounced acidic edge that brings momentum and clarity while maintaining overall balance. The finish is dry and crisp, encouraging another sip. It is a beer made for sharing, perfect for aperitifs, summer cuisine, light dishes and relaxed social moments focused on simplicity and refreshment.
