Full Circle Brew Co presents All Arms and Legs, an IPA (ABV 6%) brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief to celebrate 25 years of the Simcoe hop, affectionately named after a brewer's daughter once described by her parents as "all arms and legs," just like a baby giraffe; the nose opens generously with a wave of tropical notes, passionfruit and papaya leading the charge, before shifting into a dank, resinous finish that's classic Simcoe, adding depth and character without ever weighing things down; the balance between fruity sweetness and resinous punch makes it dangerously drinkable, the kind of beer that has you wishing you had enough arms and legs to drink twelve of them at once; an IPA that's both tribute and celebration, perfect for lovers of generous, well-balanced hop-forward profiles.
