Description
UNIQUE PERFUMES AND AROMAS
The freshly harvested and flowering hop varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Magnum are used within a few hours and thus further intensify the aromas. In addition to fresh hops, Progusta Harvest is fermented in vats with the "Hopfenstopfer" method, which gives greater prominence to the hops, with the American Citra variety, which gives it the typical citrus note.
DESCRIPTION AND PAIRINGS
Amber, clear, white and persistent foam.
Aromas of hops and yeasts with hints of peach, melon, citrus. The use of hops in hours gives a long olfactory persistence.
Bitter, dry, but harmonious taste, with notes of caramel, citrus, hops and honey.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with soups, cured meats and cheeses, including blue cheeses, grilled shank and red meats, grilled fish, fried fish, cod and stockfish. Ideal with elaborate pizzas, even spicy ones.
