Description
Scotche Ale aged in Bourbon barrels. The intent is to show the effect of barrel aging with a beer that has a low alcohol content and Scotch Ale malts are well suited to this purpose. On a sensorial level, notes of vanilla, smoke and spices emerge on a background rich in hints of molasses, chocolate and sultanas. A complex beer that maintains good drinkability, produced in a limited edition.
