BrewDog OverWorks In Two Minds (collaboration Deya)
Brewdog had already tried with Funk Vs Punk to try the path of barricaded Sour IPA (in that case with the flagship Punk IPA), in this case with the masters of UK hops at Deya it was a Grapefruit IPA that ended up in the barrel (specifically the large oak foeders). True Sour IPA without shortcuts features notes of wood, cellar, salami skin, citrus (grapefruit, lime, cedar) with a vigorous but pleasant acidity and a very refreshing zesty bitterness.
