Description
The Paradox series is made up of numerous Imperial Stouts aged in barrels and casks of fine Scottish Whiskeys. Grain is obviously aged in casks of the whiskey of the same name, creating a beer rich in notes of peat, leather, wood, coffee, chocolate and liquorice. Even in the mouth, wood, toasting and peat create an old-fashioned Imperial Stout with zero concessions to sweetness
