Description
The Brewdog Pilsen Lager is one of the four beers belonging to the "Unleash the Yeast" series in which 4 yeasts are used (one for each beer), on a common base of three malts (Pale Ale, Munich and Cara) and two hops (Centennial and Amarillo) for a single alcohol content. This experiment is aimed at highlighting the great role that yeasts play in beer. The Pilsen Lager has herbaceous, floral tones and citrus notes on the nose. The palate confirms the aroma.
