Description
Brooklyn Local 2 is born from the combination of European malt and hops, dark Belgian sugar, raw wildflower honey from a family farm in New York. The special Belgian yeast used adds hints of spice to the dark fruit, caramel and chocolate aroma. After refermentation in the bottle, this beer has a wonderful complexity, and is enjoyable both on its own and with meals.
