Description
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison - that is, a sparkling, dry and hoppy ale, with a golden color, produced on farms - where however the rare Sorachi Ace hops are used. After fermentation with Belgian yeasts, Sorachi Ace hops are added. This beer, refermented in the bottle with Champagne yeasts, has a spicy aroma, with hints of lemon peel. It is a refreshing and drinkable beer and goes well with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
