Description
Brooklyn Summer Ale is a modern take on the ales brewed in England since the 1800s, called "meal beers" or "family beers" because they were refreshing and flavorful without being too heavy. This beer was brewed with English malt which gives it a light body, golden color and malty flavour. German and American hops were used to give it a light bitterness, citrus and floral aromas, resulting in a perfect beer for the hot summer season.
