Bruton Bianca is a top-fermented light beer produced with the addition of unmalted cereals. Pale and opalescent, produced with a large percentage of spelled from Garfagnana and unmalted wheat. Characterized by a fresh acidity accentuated by the spiciness of coriander and orange peel.
