Clear, bottom-fermented, characterized by a light body, it is a dry and drinkable beer, supported by a fine and persistent carbonation. on the nose and in the mouth it is a triumph of continental hops, which give it herbaceous and floral notes, a clear bitterness and a clean finish. Beer for the whole meal, as an aperitif, for company. the best match is with another eva!

"Eva is the basis, the starting point, the mother of all. Our Eva is delicate, clear, drinkable, like a mother she cradles you, teaches you, accompanies you by the hand with love and delicacy." This is the motivation with which Apo identified the name for our first bottom fermentation, choosing it among the many proposed in the #brutonpils social initiative (we asked anyone who had tasted the beer to suggest a name via Twitter). Furthermore, the figure of Eve is historically linked to that of Lilith (another of our labels), therefore pils and bitter, different in character but linked by a common destiny.
