Description
Created in 1933 under the name "Bush Beer", it is one of the oldest Belgian special beers and the flagship of Brasserie Dubuisson. Bush Ambrée is a top-fermented filtered beer. It consists exclusively of malt, hops, natural sugar, well water from the brewery and exclusive yeast jealously preserved for 65 years. The use of caramel malt, the know-how and patience of the brewmaster (4 to 6 weeks of storage) give it, in addition to the typical amber colour, a particularly distinctive bitter-sweet taste and a soft consistency. The high density of the must combined with the courageous work of the house yeasts gives it an alcohol content of 12%, which makes it the strongest of the Belgian beers. Bush Ambrée is a very digestible beer, excellent as an aperitif and after a meal.
