Description
This time Buxton tries his hand at a not very common sub-line of IPAs: Red IPAs. Hopped (also dry-hopped) with Citra and Simcoe, notes of caramel and red fruit stand out on the nose together with resinous notes of pine, orange and grapefruit that recall the glorious IPAs of the past. In the mouth the malted structure (again caramel and red fruit) perfectly supports a powerful and decisive bitterness.
