Canediguerra presents an Alcohol Free Lager (ABV<0.5%) born from a choral collaboration that brings together German and Italian brewing spirit: the project unites the German brewery Mecketzer with Italian breweries MisterB, Edit and Birra Impavida, a meeting of different schools and sensibilities that results in a clean, balanced lager, surprisingly full of character despite the absence of alcohol; its bright, straw-golden colour anticipates an aromatic profile built on delicate malty notes and a subtly herbaceous, hop-driven background, capable of delivering freshness without weighing down the palate; on the palate it is easy-drinking, with lively carbonation that enhances its smoothness and a dry, clean finish that invites the next sip; a lager designed for those who don't want to give up the ritual of beer on any occasion, from aperitivo to post-workout, ideally served chilled, around 4-6°C.
