Description
Cascade Brewing Vitis Noble Willamette Valley Chardonnay is considered one of the noblest grape varieties in the States. This is the reason why the name "Noble" is inconvenient in this Sour Ale. Cascade Brewing has used the grapes of this glorious variety of wine, which are added in French oak barrels for 16 months to a blend of Golden Ale and Wheat Ale.
Poured into the glass it is intensely golden, with robust white foam. On the nose notes of Chardonnay grapes, tropical fruit, white fruit (nectarine, pear). On the palate it is fruity with hints of tropical and white fruit, savory and mineral with a pleasant lactic acidity.
How to pair Vitis Nobile We recommend it paired with a sauté of clams and mussels with garlic croutons.
