Chimay Rouge (Première) in lattina da 33 cl è la più antica delle Chimay, con ricetta del 1862: una birra trappista ambrata dai riflessi rubino, prodotta dai monaci cistercensi dell'Abbazia di Scourmont. Al naso albicocca, spezie e lievito, in bocca è morbida, fruttata e leggermente amara, con corpo medio e finale rotondo. Il formato in lattina è pratico per picnic e aperitivi. Alc. 7% vol.
