Description
This special edition is a full-bodied and distinctive strong ale developed within the abbey to celebrate and honor the brewery's 150th anniversary. Made with 100% natural ingredients, its pale golden appearance and Champagne sparkle are topped with a rich white foam. The characteristic bouquet evokes the rich, fruity and complex notes of Chimay yeast in harmony with a delicate spicy note and the fragrance of fresh noble hops. At 10% alcohol, the flavor is full-bodied and complex with a light but refreshing spicy note and a fresh hop finish that will delight the palate.
