Description
Chimay Triple is a triple Trappist beer. In Belgium, it is certainly one of the best-known triple beers. Produced at Scourmont Abbey, according to the centuries-old rules of the Trappist monks. On the nose stand out notes of yellow fruit, spices, honey and marzipan. In the mouth it is characterized by a pleasant sweetness which however dissolves in the typical dry finish given by the large Belgian attenuating yeasts.
