Description
A tripel inspired by the great Trappist beers. Golden in color, with a fine, persistent white head. A highly complex beer with aromatic notes characterized by the fermentation of a classic Belgian yeast strain: fruity esters of pear and citrus, with delicate spicy phenols reminiscent of white pepper and vanilla. Extremely dry, it is consistent on the palate, with a fine bubble that leads to a lingering finish and a barely noticeable alcoholic note.
