Description
This version of Collective Arts' famous Imperial Stout was produced in collaboration with the New Zealand brewery Garage Project. Designed to showcase the best ingredients from the South Pacific. It is produced with the addition of New Zealand pinot noir skins and aged in neutral oak barrels which impart soft oak and vanilla flavours. It is then transferred to Tawny Port barrels, developing a distinct dark fruit and nutty character. Finally, New Zealand cocoa beans and South Pacific vanilla beans are added to make all the flavors marry well.
