Description
This delicious Sour Ale was created trying to ideally reproduce the Pina Colada, one of the most famous tropicata cocktails. It is produced with the addition of whirlpool toasted coconut, pineapple during fermentation and lactose. On the nose, tropical notes of pineapple and coconut stand out, as well as slightly citrus notes. In the mouth it is very fruity, creamy with a pleasant lactic acidity softened by the presence of lactose.
