Collerosso Ruett Rosé
The complexity and freedom of spontaneous fermentation break down walls, connecting apparently distant worlds and products. Together with the Azienda Agricola Marina Palusci, an authoritative and rebellious voice in the production of natural wine in Pianella, in the Pescara area, the idea was born to blend the 2018 spontaneous beer from the Collerosso brewery with their Rosa Rosae wine from the same vintage. Rosa Rosae is a rosé wine obtained from seven different grapes from a single harvest. Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Lambrusco Salamino, Moscato Rosa, Trebbiano, Malvasia Abruzzese and Pecorino all together, as the farmer of old used to do, the result is a beer with pungent and acidic hints with pleasant vinous nuances.
