Description
De Dolle Oerbier Reserva is a special aged version of De Dolle Oerbier. This beer is matured for 18 months in Bordeaux wine barrels. This aging process brings new aromas and flavors on three different bottles. Firstly, the wood of the barrels gives life to woody and tannic scents. Secondly, the wine previously present in the barrels contributes to a more vinous and fruity flavour. Lastly, the oxygen present in the barrels creates smoky and nutty sensations.
It is a superb and unique version of Oerbier, a must try.
