The figure of Ondineke and the use of Aalst hops made this beer chosen as the beer of the city of Aalst. It has a golden blonde color and a dense foam. In the mouth it is full-bodied, and has a light aroma of hops and a full aftertaste. Delicately sparkling, a triple with a sweet and creamy malt taste with slightly bitter final notes, its taste evolves and matures over time.
