Description
The Jambe De Bois is a perfect interpretation of "Modern Belgium": a Tripel with a greater bittering cut, with a noble hop that evokes floral and spicy hints on the nose. The Belgian yeast creates intense fruity esters of pear and ripe banana. In the mouth it is dry, almost free of residual sugar thanks to a masterful attenuation, rich in fruity and spicy notes. It ends with a balanced, but intense and persistent bitterness.
