Description
This beer is born from the collaboration between two well-known Dutch breweries: De Molen and 't IJ. As the label indicates, this is a Double IPA, powerful, complex and delicious. It has a veiled copper color and is topped with a generous white foam. On the nose we find the typical aromas of a Double IPA, and therefore notes of peach, grapefruit, tropical fruits and light caramelized hints. On the palate it is dry, intense and very hoppy, however balanced by sweet malt notes. Hoppy finish, with resinous hints.
