Description
Brewing an American IPA, but with a Belgian twist... that's the idea behind Amer-Amer. We chose to use two American varieties of hops, but only hop flowers grown in Belgium. "Belgo-American" hops have a better balance of flavors and less aggressive bitterness, without losing flavor or intensity. Dry-hopping with Cascade gives the beer its rich aroma.
