Description
Delirium Nocturnum is a dark red-brown beer. The foam cap is compact and white-yellow in colour, stable, adhering to the wall of the glass. It presents a good bouquet with notes of caramel, mocha and pure chocolate. Spices such as coriander and licorice also find expression. Initially, the flavor of alcohol is delicate on the palate. Subsequently, bitterness is increasingly perceived, deriving partly from the hops.
