Description
Obviously we are in Pajottenland, this is where this 3 year old, non-blended Lambic is produced. It presents itself without foam, however a slight carbonation is perceptible in the mouth. Rustic and complex, however, it maintains a splendid elegance, in which the typical hardness of Lambic are in complete harmony with its soft parts.
