Dieu du Ciel! recently offers us a slightly more alcoholic version of the excellent Ultra Mosaika: the Mega Mosaika! This time it's a so-called "new wave" IPA (which will probably be close to New England IPA). The featured hop is obviously Mosaic again. Visually, the beer is golden and relatively thin. It is much less "fuzzy" than the average NEIPA for comparison. Its medium-sized foam collar extends against the walls of my glass. On the nose, the hops offer aromas of mango, pineapple and citrus. The intensity is nice! On the palate, we once again find these well-fruited flavors that easily remind us of a tropical fruit salad: grapefruit, blood orange, pineapple, mango... It's quite juicy.
