Description
Moinette Blonde is a top-fermented beer refermented in the bottle. Since its birth in 1955, this beer has been considered the Dupont Brewery's strong point on the Belgian market. For centuries, the region where this brewery is located was almost swampy. In French marsh is called "marais" and this term is the evolution of the ancient word "moëne". And therefore the name Moinette comes precisely from this "moëne" (swampy) region. Blonde coppery and with an aroma of refined hops, Moinette Blonde is a very refreshing beer, thanks to the delicate balance between sweet, bitter and fruity. The careful selection of yeasts gives this beer its typical flavor and aroma, rich in spicy notes, candied citrus fruits and yellow fruit.
